Our carers and the people they care for want to know three things about us …
- that our people are trained professionals who know what they’re doing
- that we are sensitive to the needs, pressures & worries of carers and those they care for
- that once they decide they like us, they will get the same Carer Support Worker when they’re expected, every time
This is the standard we work to …capable, sensitive and reliable. Crossroads Care East Midlands has a team of 300 Carer Support Workers and 40 administrative staff. Everyone is as important as each other and teamwork is everything.
